The First Ragga-Jungle daisychain mix is finally here after around a month of planning and gathering! The concept is simple, The board members from www.ragga-jungle.com who wished to take part made a 10 minute mini mix each which, when I had all the submissions, I mixed those mini mixes together to make one giant 3 hour long super RAGGA JUNGLE epic mix!

I would like to thank all the artists involved as every mix was bang on and the tune selection in this mix is second to none, at no point did i get bored listening to this mix and I’ve listened to it A LOT as you can imagine. I look forward to doing the next one with you all and hopefully some new faces too =)

Busy few weeks here, got lots of releases to get out!! aaaaargh! heres number 37 folks

I got a very pleasant message off one of our artists Mr. Paluca the other day telling me his crew had a full album of drumfunk and jungle that he wanted to get out via us……. Now some of you may know i am a huge fan of ANYTHING drumfunk so how could i say no to this, and i promise you this album is not one to be missed!

Our 36th release is brought to you by Dublinjah, Only 2 tracks but both of them are great steppy ass rollers but at the same time pack enough oompf for a good skankout that would fit very nicely into any jungle set, First track out the gate is ‘Two Faces’ ft Rude Lion which is the heavier of the 2 tracks and second up is ‘Natural’ a Steppa Style remix which is the dubbier junglier track which i really like.

This time for our 34th release we have a nice little Ragga release from Baga Sound, First track ‘Inna Di Jungle’ is a top notch steppy roller that would fit nicely in any set be it Jungle or straight up Dnb as a dancefloor feet mover, infact, It’s Scientifically impossible not to shuffle your feets to this. Second track is ’2012′ again another top little dubby dancey number packed with positive vibes and reggae influence. Just do yourself and download it, I know I’ll be dropping these tunes for ages =)

The album titled ‘Streets of Manchester’ is sheer jungle bliss right the way through. The title track is a stomper of a track with a ripping bassline and drenched in eerie goodness. Parasomnia is a stand out fave of mine as is Lost Memories which is a b..e..a..utiful laid back jazzy number.
